Put 21 miles on it so far...

I got these for my 96.

I just made a bracket that screws on with my plate and mounted them there. They are cheap, bright, and look pretty good. IMO. Around here if people cant see your blinkers they will run right into you @ 45 mph so integrated wasn't an option for me. Ha ha.

Do you guys pass inspection with all of these blinker mods? I can't get my bike inspected because of it missing rear blinkers and I was wondering if these mods will pass even though they aren't DoT approved? Also, do you all ride with your bike currently inspected? I want to just ride my bike but inspection is a bunch of bull (Government, what else to expect).

bike inspectors are ur friend
erm i dont know how it is in the US but in the UK we just make our "bike inspectors" or known as m.o.t tester our best friend in the world haha just find a guy that is decent and they will just tell you that they will pass it without aproved parts but deny it coming in with it like that

that is true, modifying the turn signals into the 96 taillight is a hassel, but considering how cheap it is and how much better the 97/98 tail looks, i would recommend doing the tail swap.
its easy, painless, and if you find the right parts on ebay, cheap as mess.
