Default Problem with front blinkers

My front right blinker wont blink. It lights up steady then when i indicate...it turns off while the instrument panel light and the right rear is blinking. The left side works just fine.
Ive seen this problem before on other things (not the moto) but i cant remember what it is that is causing this.

Sidenote: I have the wrong (higher) amp fuses in place (all except one are too high)......i should definately get the correct (lower) amp fuses in...correct?

Not 100% sure what your trying to say in your post.

When you flip the turn signal on what exactly happens?

The fuse size isn't going to cause it not to blink, although you should put the correct size in their.

My rear signal stopped working, and it ended up being a disconnected ground wire.

if its aftermarket signals then you have the wrong wire hooked up there should be 3 wires and you use 2 when doing new signals. if you hook up the wrong hot wire it is used as a parking lamp or indicator use the other one and its a blinker.

had a guy from the dealer take a quick look (b/c this is my first bike so i wouldnt know what i was looking at wrt aftermarket blinkers) and he showed me that one of the wires wasnt attached anymore so we are pretty sure that is the problem. Whenever it stops raining here in Ohio (aka...never) ill pull the fairing off and see if i can "put the wire back on".
