PAIR system vs Air/Fuel meter

So if you look at page 1-32 of the F3Manual it talks about the pulse air injection system. It's basically an emission system to clean up exhaust gases by pumping in fresh air...like they use to do on cars with an air pump.
Anyway, from looking at the schematic of the system, I'd want to disconnect the hose represented by the long run on the bottom, to defeat the system. It would only be temporary, for a dyno run, to check air/fuel ratio.
Any foreseeable problems with this?

Hmmm....I'm not sure I understand. Why would you want to do a dyno run for AF mix (a tuning dyno run) if you are going to do it differently than how it is regularly set up? I am not sure I see the advantage but I could definitely be missing something here...
To me AF mix and any spec really is only at all valuable if you are measuring how the bike will be set up daily.

the PAIR system reduces exhaust emissions by adding fresh air to the exhaust fumes, after combustion happens. So ts diluting the actual exhaust from the cylinders.
the measure an engines true air/fuel mixture, you have to measure whats coming straight out of the cylinders.
The PAIR system is like adding water to whiskey, itthins outwhat is really going on.
