Default out headlight

messing around trying to get the double lights to work on my 600rr swap i did somthing to my headlight
its not the fuse or the bulb ive been told it could be the flasher relay part no# mitsuba FR-3303 3 pins wondering if this is known to put out a headlight
theres a similar looking part on the right side front stay that might be another relay it has 4 pins but for what all the other lights work (the speedo and taillights) is there a seperate headlight relay?
i have a couple pics ready to send if any 1 has any ideas thanks

P.S. The write up i do on this conversion is gonna be interesting

so i found out my horn is out also there was moisture in both wire clusters comming from the starter switch (right) and the horn turn signals (left) turn signals work
is it probally a short from the moisture? im hoping the 95 deg weather will dry em out then ill try again if not ill try a new wire harness
any thoughts appreciated

there's always a seperate headlight relay... there might even be 2 seperate relays (one for hi and one for lo beam)
best bet woule be to find a manual online and download it (some hunting is required)... but the moisture may or may not actually short it out... but if moisture sat in there the connection terminals could be corroded...

the most common electrical issue on bikes are bad connections and/or bad wires

so im guessing the relay controlls the 3 wires to the bulb socket?
went thru all the things it could be left with this conclusion

Not knowing what all was changed in doing the swap for the 600RR headlights is going to make it difficult to say what it might be. Here is what I can tell you. On the F3, there isn't a relay controlling the headlight. Power for the headlight comes through a fuse, then the Starter Switch (on the right clip-on), then the Dimmer Switch (left clip-on), and then the headlight. It's pretty straight forward. If the fuse is good, then it's a matter of tracking down where you're loosing the power.

always great talking with you Dirt so i noticed your post at 5am went outside and at 6:38 i fixed my light since i was focused on the rc2208 relay i was looking in the totally wrong place i opened up both handle bar switches took a fine wire brush ans scraped it around in there gently to remove some of the build up then went to the fuse the fuse was fine then i noticed under the fuse box where the first 10 amp goes below the fuse box itself i had a frayed wire put a new connector blew the fuse got a new fuse and everything works great thanks again for all the detailed info
by the way i wanna make both headlights run at the same time i thought the 1 headlight thing was for people that lost a hommie or somthin not that it comes on on high beam
