Unhappy oops wrecked brake calipers??

ok i need to stop touching my bike when tires! so got wheels back after powder coating, tyres and bearings then i put em on and it was late so left bike alone got in from work next day and decided to move it for what ever reason it was. (probs just to see my handy work was ok) and i pumped front brake.. nothing.. kept squeezing the front lever and finally found it had pressure (to stop bike getting away from me when releasing off centre stand) noticed there was pressure and no braking. checked i hadnt put calipers on. ooops.

so cut short i tryed releasing pressure by releaving of fluid and i cant get the pads out to make sure pistons are in place but nothing is working any ideas how to fix or shall i just take it to my local mechanic and leave it for him ?? i dont want to cos that means my dad has to know and he will bitch. i gotta change pads and put braided hoses on anyways so dont matter bout pulling stuff off

Split the calipers and give them a clean and replace the seals.
Might be worth putting braided steel brake lines on while you are at it.

put everything back together, should work
