Just had a random thought on this one!
The F3 refers to a UK 2003 F, you have an old 98 F3 books rather than the later one for the injected bikes.
On my old bike it was identified as an F5 which was a 2005 injected CBR.
He's a 97 my first Rocket had a Harley but never felt right on it this is more my style took me few days to put him back together guy had it in a shed said he could never get it running and was sick of it few days later runs like a champ
