No Balls
About a month ago I fried the ECU on my bike, she would only run on two cylinders but both of the coils were good. I have been away at school and just got a chance to put the new ECU on the bike and she now runs on all four cylinders, and when it's in neutral she revs like normal, but as soon as it is in gear or placed under a load, the bike has no ***** (compared to what it did before this whole issue). My bike is on a gravity feed system so the fuel pump is not the issue. Anyone have any other suggestions? I'm trying to get her fixed before the end of this weekend so I can bring her back down to campus for the summer. Between this weather and ECU I've had no luck this season.
Thanks in advance

could possibly be that from sitting, the carbs gummed over. you could try some seafoam. but id pull em off, give em a real good cleaning, check the plugs that weren't firing cuz they could be fouled out, clean em or replace, and cut her loose...
+1 good place to start.
