man i think i got a lemon... I was riding down 75 today... Was alil cold out so it let it warm up for bout 5 10 mins.... Rode it to 75 just fine... GOt up the on ramp n went on my way... bike cut out on me... pulled over n let it sit started up had to use the chocke. went another 5 miles n it died again... tried to start it n the battery clicked... had to call or a trailer got it home and put it on a charger and it fired right up....

ANy ideas on that... I went out in the moring stared up like nothing... I rode it down the street n wen i hit 50 it died.... It it will only start with the choke on now

What the ... so it's dying electroniclly or fuel wise. Does it just cut out or slowlly taper off? Have you checked the battery connection to be sure it is secure?

checked the battery connections they r fine... almost sounds to me like fuel... it boggs down

That's a classic symptom of a fuel pump. Runs fine at idle and low RPM. Remember, that bike is more than 10 years old. Parts go bad over time. It's easy to replace, just paying the $110 for it sucks. If you go with a used one, it's still going to be 10 years old.

When the fuel pump dies you go nowhere.
You can bypass the pump to eliminate that as the cause, just make sure you have more than 1\3rd of a tank of fuel as thats the only time the pump is really needed.
Might pay to check the fuel filter while your down there and replace it if you need to.
