New Guy Intro
I've been an F3 owner since 2000 and have a 95 for street and 98 for track.
The 95 is bone stock except for D&D pipe. Bought with 15,000 kms on and now has about 40,000 kms.
The 98 is track only with 929 front end, Fox Shock, 520 chain, rear sets, clip ons, stainless steel brake lines, clutch and motor covers and frame sliders and DOT R compound tires. Being in the Toronto area, I've had it out to Calabogie, Mosport and Shannonville for track days only.
Last winter I blew up both motors leaving water (vs antifreeze or empty) in the system. Oops. 95 now has cracked block and 98 is burning water - head gasket.
Anyway, I'm looking for a replacement motor and will rebuild the 98 to put into the 95 and maybe fix the 95 as a spare...
I'll be bothering the forum for help and will of course document the re and re (I suspect guys have done this too many times already on this forum!) engine swap once I acquire a new motor.
I'll post up some pictures as soon as I figure how to do it.
Cheers!

Hello mate, welcome to the forums. I'll definitely be interested in your posts, you should try to make them detailed with pictures so that amateurs like me can tackle jobs that we couldn't otherwise do.
P.S. I think you posted this in the wrong forum, and someone's gonna yell-at-cheeewww!
