I have my first cbr 600f3 1996 having some issues bike wont idle and will only start with starting fluid but will run as long as i stay on the throttle andf ideas would be apprechated. also what emissions vac hoses ect. can i remove block off ect. again thanks for any advice

 

Sounds like your carbs are gummed up with crud. You will need to remove them and clean them. Be prepared to spend a few bucks on float bowl gaskets and o-rings. Check the air valve hose for deterioration.
Unless your bike is a California model, you don't have any emissions control.
