My 96 cbr f3 will crank and idle perfect and on the swingarm stand it will tach out in all gears!!!! As soon as your on the street it will tach out in 1st and 2nd but as soon as you hit 3rd it will fall on it's face and act like it's out of gas. I have cleaned carbs, new fuel pump and now the motor. And i changed motor cause i lost 2nd gear awhile back and found this one in town. Motor was timed and checked all out so i know the motor is good. I'm at a roadblock and need a little help plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and the ICM is new too.

 

Have you got a performance filter or exhast, could need a jet kit

 

No changes, i left home stopped to get food and it started

 

OEM air filter ? Is the speedometer working ?
