Default New to bikes

I'm looking to buy a used cb600 f3 just wondering what a normal price for a bike like this in central florida would cost and what to look for on a bike like this or what some common problems are. I here it's a great bike to start off on I hope so

Always check to make sure the bike is cold before they start it. If the bike has problems it more likely to be heard when it cold.

as a first bike i may not even buy one because beginner bikers usually don't know how to diagnose bike problems if there is a hidden one from the fall.

i would say for the south east region (including where i live) about 2500 seems to be a fair price for a good shape f3.
they can go as low as 2200 with all the plastics and in my bikes case (with aftermarket parts and such) 2800.

so make sure owner didnt pre warm bike and dont bother with a bike with any amount of road rash unless its extremely minor...like a drop not an accident

i would check the tires, brakes, chain and sprokets too, you dont want to have to spend several hundred bucks right off the bat after droppin 2500 on the bike.

this is probably just my case but when i bought mine it died on the way home. the charging system was screwed but bc the battery was charged it ran fine for an hour then died.

MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ISSUES. unless ur looking for a project bike too. i had to replace a lot of stuff on mine.

good luck!
