Timing popped, cam chain jumped a tooth or teeth , hopefully no bent valves, if you are new to motors
I'd suggest taking it to a reputable bike shop , if you know your way around bikes , do a compression test
first then check your timing go from there

I'm not sure its possible but when you go to do the comp test I would turn the crank by hand to make sure you can get 4 full rotations out if it before using the starter, if your timing is off far enough trying to start it will bend the valves or worse, oh and pull all the plugs first

thanks guys for the info i see one of my valves is stuck open plus the can chain guide is broken so most likely it jumped time i get good compression from all cylinders and spark im gonna take the engine out of the bike and put a F2 motor for mean time until i can get someone to adjust the timing

Ok before I pulled the engine I check the cam chain and found a broken chain guide plus 1 valve is open but I get great compression from all cylinders
So my question is with a open valve if I adjust the timing well my bike run?

Not well if at all, best idea is to fix the valve, you shouldn't be getting any compression in the cylinder with a stuck valve, and also, it shouldn't turn over well with a stuck valve as it would be smashing into the piston

Jos
It's weird because I'm getting great compression from all cylinders the valve moves but not like the others and it won't close so should I take care of the valve or just do the timing?

Do both, it may seem like a pain but I would seriously doubt it will just be ok if you set the timing, I'm assuming you have the valve cover off if your able to see the valve yes? Or do you have the head off?
