Default Need rear fairing (small piece above the tail light)

So i cracked my the small rear fairing directly behind the seat, above the tail light on my red/black 98. Does anyone happen to have a black one kicking around that they don't need anymore that they'd be willing to part with? I snapped off the anchors that hold it in place.

If you just broke the anchors, you might be able to JB Weld, melt it together, or fiberglass it back together?.. Like fiberglass the whole 3 part tail into a 1 piece.

Yeah JB Weld is my best option right now - but for such a small peice, I was hoping someone would have one kicking around after getting some ebay fairings, or doing an RR swap or something.

Oh.. Yeah i just took a look on Ebay and didn't find one either. Sorry bout your luck.. And seems that the center piece is always fairly expensive..

I had the same problem on mine. The rear tail pieces on our bikes are a general PITA.

Anyway, I just fiberglassed my tabs back on. No way I'm going to overpay for a tiny piece that may just bust again.

Hmmm Yeah I'll probably just have to JBweld the ****'s back on. I'll keep an eye open in the usual spots, and if someone happens to not need theirs.... They'd make a new friend.

Thanks, but not really looking to paint. I'll have to pull mine off this weekend and probably JB weld.
