Default in need of a lotta help

hey, just wanted to start out saying thanks in advance for any info yall can give me. i bought my bike last year, had the battery jumped with the car running ( i didnt know that was bad at the time, u think the tow truck guy would) but ended up putting a new battery in it and ran fine until the next day it just cut out on me while i was going about 45. so took it home and couldnt find anything that looked wrong ( sparks, fuel pump seemed to be working) couldnt figure it out. so a week went by and it started and ran fine then did it again. so now it has been sitting in my garage with me replacing parts. but now it wont start at all unless i use starting fluid and it will only run on that. the sparks were looking bad so i replaced them. fuel pump didnt pump so got a new one, ignition mod. i am running out of money and patience. any help would be appreciated!! thanks

good amount of new gas, i replaced some hoses today, checked fuses ( just to make sure) , checked sparks for spark, and put new gas in. still wont start. now, putting temp clear hoses to make sure gas is flowing, if it is, it is on to the carbs tomorrow .

WHENEVER YOU JUMP YOUR BIKE, MAKE SURE THE CAR ENGINE ISN'T RUNNING!!
