If you're sure that the R/R is okay and it's not a charging issue, I would check to make sure that the spark plugs were doing their thing, and that the air filter is not dirty as hell or something. You were saying that the fuel was okay, but it has to be one of the 3 right?

 

I'm from CT and the weather has been nothing but beautiful...its frustrating...I got my hands on a manual so I can test things now I think ill start at r/r and see if the used one is any good then go from there

 

That's my plan, I need to look up what ones are good
