You can get higher compression pistons from Wiseco for 13:1 and 637cc, an ignition advance, race cams, ape vavetrain, and you can rejet the carbs. But for the money you'll end up spending, why not just buy a bigger motor? Like from a 900rr?

does the 600f3 and 900rr have the same bolt pattern? if not then i would have to make new brackets to mount on the 4-wheeler.

There is a lot of parts out there for the F3....as mentioned cams (of various grind levels)and overbore pistons. But it would be cheaper to go with NOS,900rr engine, making your own turbo kit, or an F4/F4i/600rr engine.

Just overboring an F3 engine will cost $500 for pistons and parts, plus $200+ for machining (since the block is part of the upper crank case). Cams would be another 600 for drop ins, if you wanted something more agressive you'd needs new springs too, so add another 150.

I'm pretty sure with the 900 motor you'd have to make some new engine mounts, but I think it'd be your best bang for the buck, rather than trying to make the 600 more powerful.
