Wow rear tire slid out huh? Sux bro....the tire looks pretty good, were u by any chance leaned over pretty far and accelerating pretty hard, or was the street wet or what? Just curious to know exactly how it happened since Im usually concerned with my front tire sliding...

Yeah part it out on eBay, will make the most $$ out of it....good luck.

I would fix it, that bike isnt that bad, go on ebay and find parts and fix it. Then sell it in good cond. If you wanna part it out, ill be interested in that fuel tank.

My wheel is turned when my handle bars are straight (and vice versa), but the forks don't look bent or twisted. I havn't taken the front fairing off yet. That will probably help me to figure out what's wrong. Anybody have any ideas?

^^to your last question
the forks have just twisted a little thru the triple clamps...just loosen the triples and straighten the wheel with the bars..then re tighten them...easy fix

Thanks man, I loosened the triple clamps and straightened the forks out, no problem.

Does anyone know if the top of the fork tube can be replaced? Mine is leaking out the top...the bolt broke off and the threads are messed up.

Have you decided if you are going to fix it or part it yet? If parting it, i would be interested in the gauge cluster.

Well I replaced the stator cover and the timing chain? cover and filled it up with oil to see if it would run and it does. I think i'm going to fix it, paint it, and sell it.

Most of the damage is cosmetic. Only two major problems remain..

1.) The top of the fork tube is broken off and oil leaks out (see my previous post)
2.) The bike wants to turn/lean to the right.

I'm thinking that maybe the triple clamp can be adjusted to fix the turning/leaning problem. Can someone verify this?

Your rim could be bent, mine did the same thing it wanted to turn more towards the right, when I turned left it felt like it was wanting to pull right......took it to the shop and my rear rim was bent........My right handle bar is slightly turned right also....I might try to loosen the tirple clamp and see if it fixes it....Mine was wrecked before I bought it and I just fixed it for less then $500 buying parts on ebay.....but mine wasnt wrecked as hard as that.

OK Thanks for the advice. One thing though. Wouldn't the tire shake or wobble if the rim was bent?
