Default My Stumpied Vicron Exhaust (Viper + Micron)

Theres not many photos as i has actually finished it then thaught F*ck should have taken some photos then quickly took it apart again to take some photos to show how simple it is.When i got the bike the other day the micron exhaust was in a sorry state rusty, the end cap had fallen off and it was loose , and then i rememberd i still had 2 stumpied vipers exhausts from my Zx600eand wonderd if i could merge the 2 as the zx6e ones didnt fit onto the link pipe.

The packing has allready been removed and the zx6e sleeve cut so all i had to do was take the sleeve off cut the inside pipe and rip the zx6e exhaust apart.

The just simply slide it all together

Then do everything back up

And your done i want to get some heat resistant carbon fibre look material that i can wrap round the can to make it look like a CF one but cant find any round here gunna have to take a look on the web

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gvVAMqMlLs

I didnt rev it up due to being in a area full of young and eldely famillys

Its low quality due to youtube hating me and wouldnt allow me to upload the 10mb good quality file so i had to do a 2mb file.

I'll do a vid reving it up in a few days, i just love the deep tone its got

Sounds pretty calm, is it a lot lowder in person? I had to shove a bunch of steel wool into my cut down D&D to bring it down some ... and mine isn't even near that short!

Well I'll be damn, Sounds good!

Looking at your exhaust and how short the viper is, along with the pipes bends is there any chance that thing could slip directly onto the header end and point the slip on's exhaust toward the rear?

Just a thought SIRR1
