I use a VistaCruise on our bikes. It's cheap and effective. I used this same model on bikes I had in the early 1980's. The only thing I had to do was grind down the thumb lever so that it was shorter. With the handle bars at full right lock, the little lever would hit the tank. I was afraid I would dent it or scratch it over time. It works really well for long distance riding and allows you to take your right hand off the throttle for a few minutes to relax it. You may even find it in a local shop.

Normally right at 40mpg, but I did get about 46mpg (and a sore butt) driving 55mph on the highway straight through a tank.

They also gave a recommendation along jpanside@gmail.com's which was not highly recommended.

ugh thank you so much! I had tightened the screw but still it's an annoying little vibrating/ buzzing noise... I will have to do this tomorrow
