Angry My cbr600 f3 wont start

Hi everyone!

After my bike were stolen the other week and police found it.. I dont have so much experince with bikes engines at all.. So i put the bike in for changing ignition lock and tanklock and so on and everything of that is good now but i tried for the first time to start it up and its dead so tried to put in some startgas and it just backfired hard i mean very loud..

I did empty the tank and put in new gas but dident help.

It worked just fine until it was stolen and now my baby is not going at all..

Dumb like iam i did not have it insured at winter but now i know i will so i will not get any money for it being stolen..

Any idea what it can be?

Sorry for my bad english, but im learning

Are you sure that the battery has a full charge?
Also, have you verified that fuel is actually making it to the cylinders?

I did charge the battery, well no i have not looked for anything yet.

At the end of the summer it started to be very grumpy, it wont start without choke even that it was very warm out and it dident response to the gas when it was cold, it responded to like 6000 rpm over that it went down instead off up, if i put the gas all the way down it jumped up and went over 6000 rpm and went like the monster it is.

But i thought all that was normal when the engine was cold.

I tried to start it up before today but it liked reved up to 2000 rpm then died and alot of coolant ran out from the left side off the engine..

If you haven't done it yet, go ahead and remove your fairings. Your are more than likely going to need a naked bike to get to the bottom of things.
The coolant issue is the 1st thing to tackle. It doesn't matter how well your bike runs if you have a coolant issue.

Im going to look it up and see if the coolant level is good..

But after removing the fairings, what should i look at?

It ran coolant out from where the gearbox is.

Thx for ur help Hamlin6

You are very welcome.
The water pump is located on the left side down near the gearbox. So it could be that, or the hose. The hose going to the water pump comes directly from the radiator.
Hopefully it is just a hose.

Well the coolant level is good, i top it off before it was stolen, can it be that i put in to much so it took out some coolant?

I took off all the fairings and when i try to start it should the fuel pump make a sound or buzz or something like that?

It dosent do that at all.

And before when it wasnt running right when it was cold it was after I left it to change the sparkplugs, can they have put in the wires wrong?

The fuel pump doesn't kick on until the bike is running.
The wires can be put in wrong. I've actually made that mistake before.
One thing to try is to check the idle adjustment **** on the left side. Typically speaking with a stock jet setup, that **** is turned out around 2 1/4 turns from being turned all the way in. You might want to check that too.

There are 2 coils on the bike, (under the tank). Each coil has 2 wires. These are your sparkplug wires. The wires should be labeled for the cylinder it is firing, 1,2,3 and 4. In case they aren't the coil on the left, (as you sit on the bike) are for cylinders 2 and 3. The coil on the right is for 1 and 4. I would double check that.
Can you expound a little on the history of things? Did the bike run fine, then it got stolen and now it doesn't? Or did it get stolen and then you had it worked on and it doesn't? I'm a little unclear of the order of things.
