Default My CBR

Well, I just bought this bike a few weeks ago, and I was wondering if I got a good price. It's a 1997 CBR 600 F3 with about 23,000 miles on it. It used to be Smokin Joes bike if that means anything at all. There is a cover over the purple gas tank. It has a Corbin seat that I looked up, and was $400-$500 (I forget exactly what it was). Also has a Two Brothers Racing exhaust on it, which the cheapest one I found for my bike was $400+. I paid $2,900 for the bike. Did I get a good deal, about right, or screwed? It's my first bike, and I've only rode it about 10 miles so far, and I love it.

IMO I would say from were I am thats about normal for that bike with those miles. I got my bike a 1996 F3 with 11000 miles for 3000 and I dont regret it at all. I love my bike, and that really all thats important. So I'd say you did good. But I must say that the purple gas tank IMO would knock off the value lol jk.

+1 but still looks to be a nice bike and not a bad price.

I'm pretty sure it has been down before. The handle bars on the right side (Your right if sitting on it) is slightly bent, as is the peg on the same side.

Read this post a few times. Are you saying if it's a real SJE the 8th number should be a three? If that's what you're saying it's not. The 8th number is 0.
