Talking My 95 F3 Fighter Work in Progress

so i turning my f3 into a streetfighter. here is the build so far. any ideas, comments are appreciated!

all tore down and ready to run the wires from the handle bar controls back to the seat

cardboard mock-up of the sheet metal fairing i will be building for the tail, it will be painted the same color as the tank

cardboard mock-up of the electronics tray i am building to house the harness, relays and all the modules. it will be directly under the front seat and behind the battery box. i am storing the entire engine harness in here and then running new smaller harness back from the forward controls to it

cutting tabs of the right side tail

cutting the rear seat off with a jig saw

seat has been cut short

cutting the frame 8" shorter

frame and seat cut short

cardboard mock up the tail fairing i will be making out of sheet metal

i am going for the f4i gauge swap and a 7" round headlight. bracket will be welded on the tail i cut short for strength and mounting surface for tail lamp and plate. engine and frame to be painted black. so, what do you think? any cool ideas i can run with?

this is what is was. i bought is wrecked and not running last year. got it running and fiberglassed and sanded the fairings, then rattle canned the bike that color and slapped the black sticker kit on it. fairings were still pretty rough so i decided to loose them and turn it into a fighter

Thats a bobber not a fighter
Get some dirt bars on there and a modern tail PLEAAAAASE
I personally dont like the bobber look

Here was my 95 fighter.

And my 1991 Fighter.

Unfortunately dont have a CBR at the moment but as soon as i finish my FZR 1000 i will be back with a F3 & a F4I with avengance hopefully lol

maybe its more of a mix between fighter/bobber, but defiantly is gonna have the cafe racer/streetfighter influence on it. no dirt bike bars for me, dont like the stance. cool bikes. like the tail conversion! gotta go with round lights in my opinion though, just not a fan of the dirt bike head lights i guess. cool bikes though, really like your 91

engine and frame painted black, ram air box painted the color of the tank and fairings. cut the lower fairing like streetfighter88 (cool idea). exhaust is off waiting for header wrap. kerker slip on about to get chopped in half. cardboard mock up of part of the tail fairing got transfered onto masonite (next its going onto steel and then painted)
