Motorcycle Accident
Hey guys, I thought I'd fill you in on my accident that happened about an hour ago or so.
Was driving and a truck in front of me had furniture that wasn't tied down. Was doing about 45 and 3 chairs fell off the back and I wasn't able to dodge them in time and collided with one, messing up my bike and right leg pretty bad.
The guy saw what happened, and pulled over.
When I pulled over and got off
I limped over to him and he burned out, drove off, and fled the scene.
Cops cannot find him.
I did not get his tag.
Police showed up 20min after the call, and only after I limped down the road and flagged one down after the 3rd passed me by.

Plastics are dinged up.
I'm dinged up.
The chair exploded into fragments and hit me and my bike.
I'll post some pictures when I can tomorrow.

That Sucks man, hope the leg feels better. Will your insurance cover it as an uninsured motorist claim? Hope you catch the guy. Maybe check craigslist for someone trying to buy 3 chairs or sell 1. lol. (Too early for jokes?)
When I wrecked my bike the lady tried to leave too. Lucky for me I had a construction worker chase her and yell her license plate at me while some other ones blocked her off and stopped her.
You may also check back with he police for someone that reported seeing it happen. My friend got in a hit an run with his car and the cops didn't tie a witness report to it until he called and got both reports, contacted his case officer and made them call the lady to see if it was in fact his accident she had witnessed. Apparently the police department couldn't put 2 and 2 together....
