Default Mirrors

I need to replace the mirrors on my F3 but I really don't like the stock ones. the rubber boot sucks and they are too bulky. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

I cut the boot off and painted the metal black. Looked a lot better! I switched to some aftermarket ones now, they look better than stock but you can't see $hit out of them!

you may wanna try the shorter stock mirrors they are like an inch shorter . i bought some replacement mirrors off ebay they look good for stlye but safety wise you cannot see nothing behind you. i ended up putting back the old mirrors. someone had a post where they put f4 mirrors i think on an f3 with a little mods .

Who needs mirrors when you have a neck?

I've been riding without mirrors for a few months and I can't stand it. It's really annoying, especially when you think you have a cop behind you. haha. Not that I should ever worry about it, seeing as though I NEVER speed.

Yeah the stock mirrors don't look great, but I like being able to see. When I got my bike, it had these little 'racing mirrors' (funny, I thought you take the mirrors off to race). Anyway, I got used to them but when I switched back to full-size mirrors it made a big difference. I also like being able to fold the mirrors down when I park the bike. That way if some jerk accidentally knocks it over with his car, the bike lands on the frame slider without the miror hitting the ground and breaking.
