Picked up a Renntec rack yesterday for my 600 locally off Gumtree for £15. Really chuffed as these things are like hens teeth.



It was fairly easy to fit, it picks up,the mounting points for the grab rail.



Bit of fiddle refitting the side fairings as the rubber gasket doesn’t fit quite as well as with the grab rail but got there in the end.

Thanks, I ended up trimming the rubber fairing gasket, fits perfectly now.

The reward for your patience Gunk and an early Christmas pressie

I waited ages to get a renntec rack for my 900 after missing out on one for a tenner. Eventually got one for £30, if memory serves.

You gonna go for a Givvi box, or one of the cheaper offerings?

 

I’ve also got one for the 900 but it’s off the bike at the moment.



I’m not going to fit a top box I’ve got a 30 Ltr dry bag which will strap to it and is perfect for short trips and commuting.
