Looking at a f3

I am currently looking for my first street bike. Found a 1997 cbr600, guy says it has just over 4000 miles yet the seat is ripped and the right rear tail is cracked. Kinda sketchin me out a little but i guess i won't know till i really look at it. What do you guys think ?

ya hah exactly. and looking closer at the pictures i only see one mirror, the swingarm looks black, and i don't think i have ever seen solid red and black f3s?

Someone has spent some time on this bike and it has been dropped in the past. I dont think its anything to worry about, mine has been dropped countless times and its gonna happen again. Just make sure theres no leaking fluids/ cracks on the clutch or stator covers.
