careful, make sure the mods are ok with it.
i got a "talk" from selling my f4i gauge mounts.

although its more than likely the truth, i think thats incredibly lame. if theres a market for it, let it happen. i can see reposting in the "for sale" section or something. but other than that. come on...

i joined this forum less than a year ago, and it seems like there really isnt anything going on here anymore. im all about people helping each other out and exchanging their knowledge and skills to keep this from becoming (even more of) a dead site..

Oh, im sure. What I'm getting at is, in my opinion, this forums traffic has gone down in the year that Ive been coming here. Less members and more visitors. Less people willing to share, or take the time to share. And it just kinda erks me hearing that you, someone who is willing to share (for a price of goods + knowledge and time) got a talk from the mods. thats a bunch of crap man. Makes me wonder what else has gone on that the mods have pushed others away for.

i wouldnt put it that way.
i respect the mods a lot here.
i just know why they would be concerned, at least, until they hear what you have to say.
dont let that detour you from making as many as you want,
and detailing it on here as much as you would like...
but perhaps dont conduct the price and such on the forum like i did, but instead, take that through email or something else where the forum isnt basically ebay.

Default sorry guys

im not going to be making more, it was a hassle to get one made at work. plus to make it i had to go in after work. for me to make them at work it would be $55/hr, took about 2 hours to make for a one off. i could probably make them in about 15 mins a part if i had a large order and could get the cost down, but it would be a lot of work for something i would make low profit on. sorry guys, im not saying i dont like helping people out, its just it would take a lot of time an effort to make them affordable for people to buy. i hate to make myself sound like my time is really valuable, cause thats not it, its more like im that lazy, i already spend 50 hours a week there, and thats enough haha

if i get some time i can post the cad file for them, if i still have it, i kinda just went with it, really poor measuring for me, it worked, but i had to make a slot instead of a hole, and a couple of holes are about .05" bigger than necessary to make them fit. i have about 20 haas 3 4 and 5 axis machining centers, 2 makino, 4 mazak, some haas sl20 and sl40 lathes, and tsugami swiss turns. there what i program on and have access to in my shop if i ever have time when i am not working. btw im only 22, im young and on the weekends there is no way im going to work on bike parts for other people. im trying to finish my 98 cbr f3, and am buying a 03 gsxr 750 that needs the front end replaced. so between working 50 hours a week and working on bikes, i have little time after that. im sorry, just wanted to show off a little bit, but i will try and find the cad file and make a simple print up so you guys can maybe make some templates and cut some plexi-glass with a router or something. i feel kinda bad cause i knew people would want them, its just my life is going full speed right now and i feel like my head is going to blow up!!
