Just ordered a gold chain as well as a 14/43 sprocket kit which is -1 in the front and the stock size in the back. First aftermarket part for my first bike, theres about 3-4 inches of play in my chain right now so after the new ones on should be a lot better.

thats great wisco, by the way before you take your chain off make sure you loosen the front sprocket, i actually just did that ordered a new chain and sprockets, but i wasnt thinking when i did mine, i took the chain off then had to put the chain partially back on to even get my front sprocket loose, and also when you change your rear sprocket put a washer/ something thick in between your pads on the rear caliper to keep it extended that way you dont have to redo your rear caliper

The shop I ordered the parts through told me they would put it on for $60 so I said deal...I'd rather give them $60 then dick around with the chain. Plus my little brother is great for loosing/misplacing/never putting back any of our tools, annnndd I do not have a torque wrench.

not true at all, the chain breaker/rivet tool is $60 alone. and a good torque wrench will cost you more than twice that
