ignition issues
So here's a problem. Everything electrical has been replaced, stator, batt and r/r. But the problem is that even with full choke the bike takes a couple of minutes of fiddling with the idle adjustment to start. Once bike starts everythings fine, and starts right back up when it's warmed up. Could this problem be because of ignition coils, coz the plugs are all new. Or is it something as simple that my choke cable is off and I'm not able to give it full choke? After trying my friends choke cable, it definitely feels different from my own. Any input?

RE: ignition issues
Yeah, my bike from cold needs full choke (depends on the weather, but if its cold!).
If you suspect the choke cable, then start there, I don't use any throttle on mine to start, & have found that it prefers the petrol switch in the "off" position for some reason. All bikes are different, even the same models for starting proceedures, this also goes for the amount of travel in the choke to!! I know its a pain in the butt, but your going to have to check it out.
