Horsepower over stock

So I went to my first track day last weekend.
My daily rider is a 97 F3 with 2 Brothers Exhaust (all the way up), K&N air filter, Stage II Jet Kit, and 520 Conversion.
My track bike bike is a 96 F3 BONE STOCK!
I can REALLY tell the difference between the two bikes and I'll surely be upgrading the track bike. The 96 lived at around 12K RPM all day long at the track. I rarely even get close to that on the 97. My question is, how much HP and Torque gain am I getting from the mods on the 97?
