It is between 90-95 stock depending on year, mods, color, etc. Some claim more, but unless it's dyno'd you won't know for sure.

http://www.bikez.com/motorcycles/hon...600_f_2001.php

^this website says 109 hp @12,500 rpm. But i'm pretty sure i've read right around 95 hp more than once. the internet, full of conflicting information.

Not so much conflicting information on the internet, but more so of the different dynos you use.

With 2bros slipon, powercommander, K&N filter, Bel Ray EXS synthetic oil, and 91 octane gas at 75 degrees fahrenheit 42% relative humidity mine dynoed a 96.8 horsepower peak at 13500 RPM.

Mine hit 93hp. All stock except for a slip on which doesn't really count as a performance mod.

Another key note, dyno readings don't mean anything in comparison to one another unless they were all done on the same dyno with near conditions.

Dynos are definitely different. As are every bike that rolls off the line at honda. Keep in mind too that without a wind tunnel there is no ram air factored into the dyno numbers either. The amount the airbox pressurizes will also have a big effect on the horsepower numbers.

The advertised HP from honda on the bike was 96HP. So actually you should see between 85 - 90 dyno'ed on a stock bike

This is the specs for the 99-00 F4.
98.9 hp at the rear wheel (ram air not factored in), 45.6 ft-lbs of torque.
So the ram air factored in the hp would be well over 100.
