Default Honda Hornet 599 Gauges on F3?

Is this possible? I'm looking for alternatives to the F4i swap and can't seem to find any information on this one...

Thanks

why may i ask are you looking elsewhere instead of the f4i gauges since they are almost an easy bolt on?
you can go as simple as going to auto zone and making your own from their tach/speedo selection... its only a matter of lining the wires up and taking your time

Because I'm a total idiot when it comes to anything electrical... I don't know how these things work.

then honestly i wouldnt recommend trying to do any gauge swap.
id stick to stock.
there's just too much to learn, and too much to mess up.

Go for the f4i swap, its really easy, just time consuming. Its the first mod i did to my f3, its just a matter of matching the colors up. Go buy some male/ female connectors at the home depot and follow the write up on cbrworld.com and if you have any problems with it there are tons of people on here that can help you out

The stock gauges were munched when I crashed the bike and I can't afford to replace all the fairings and windshield bracket too. F4i swap with some nudity will happen.

All right I have match up all the wires from my F3 to the F4 gauges. My tach and speedo still don't work. Why is this?
