Well, I just got my chrome wheels, and whatever else i can chrome. I'm going to do it little by little though. Good thing about cbr's is that there all mostly plastic, so there isnt too much to chrome compared to a kawi or gixxer.

I was looking at chrome rims for mine...seemed to expensive. So one saturday I just busted out the sandpaper and killed the front rim and part of the back one, then that sunday I had to finish it up. I finished w/ 1500 grit and it felt like my arms were going to fall off by sunday night, one of these days ill get crazy and go over them with 2000 but its like rubbing it with toilet paper! Since I already had all the sandpaper from when I did my forks, pegs, passenger pegs and a few other parts it was basically free. Just took a lot of time. The end result is pretty nice though. It sucks about the frame being steel though i really want to get that swingarm chomed. anyways Ill try and get some pics up one of these days I think you guys will like the paint job, it changes from a goldish root-beer brown to a emerald green and blue if you catch the sun on it just right.
