Also keep in mind that my carb boots are only snugged on. Not tightened at all so I know I've got some air leaks.

I only attached that way because I wanted to make sure this thing at least ran before I dumped to much money into it.

I'm going to properly attach the carbs to the motor today and put new plugs in with a muffler on it.

Yea, that will certainly cause you issues. I wouldn't worry too much about the way the bike is running right now until you get all the mentioned things buttoned up. You will likely have a totally different sounding experience.

All four plugs looked exactly like this nothing a cloth didn't wipe away. They're brand new iridium plugs.

Got home and she wouldn't start just didnt seem like it was getting spark. So I pulled the plugs tested them all and everything was all good nice blue spark, guessing I need to clean the carbs again? I mean it's got a fuel filter and I flushed all gas lines before running it after I cleaned the carbs last.

Link to the bike running. I was able to shut it off turn it back on after sitting a few minutes with no battery as I installed the battery I paid $10 for lol.

Only thing I can think is I pulled the carbs back apart and cleaned the pilots again. They were plugged but just myself blowing through the hole unclogged it.

That last video shows improvement. Is that it's current state?
If so, what I saw of the tach indicats either a possible air leak or that your carbs are out of aync. The tach needle is bouncing too much.
Will the bike idle on its own?

A few things still need to be buttoned up and tightened.

Yes that's basically it's state now, idle smoothed out a bit I was able to ride it ran good. I was able to completely take the chick off and adjust the idle accordingly.

Decided to have some fun sitw bike cosmetically to celebrate it running lol,

Had left over red LED dash lights from my jeep and they fit and work great on the bike, I also had a spare led headlight bulb so that went right in, and I wired in some spare led strips into my rear frame for extra brake lights.

Thanks for the help btw
