Default Help with enricher circuit:

HI there guys, this is my first post and sadly a newbee one...

I have a beautiful CBR 600 95', and it runs great, the only problem is that when i pull the choke lever the RPMs won't rise... if i pull it anything more than 50% in the bike will stall (i guess fuel is drowning one of the cylinders??)

This forces me to warm up my bike manually in the mornings (i have already cleaned the carbs several times).

It has no vacuum leaks, mixture screws are set at 3 1/2 turns.

LOL, i'm actually nervous trying to explain it, i guess i can't make my self clear..

bottom line is, if i pull the choke in, the bike will stall, cold or hot it will stall..

I'll pull out the carbs once again and this time i'll blow compressed air by those passages until my hand hurts lol, i just wanted to know if there's anything else that can interfier with this (like the mixture settings).

Just a thought but my mixture screws are set at 2 turns and I think factory calls for 2 1/4 so if yours are set at 3 1/2 than when you pull the choke you are changing the air fuel mixture to a level that the bike can't run at

+1 ..... 3 1/2 is too high. Making it to rich on fuel and not enough air when you have choke on.

Try pulling the choke all the way on and then start the bike. It will go through its warming progression and once the rpm's start to rise let the choke out. From my experience pulling the choke after the bike is running is pretty much pointless
