HELP ASAP!.... another clutch question....soo close...
alright so i after my last ordeal i ordered another clutch cable and gasket....while installing them i decided to put the old springs in for grins and giggles....well the clutch finally engages and disengages but it is fully adjusted at the clutch lever and clutch cover ......when i ordered my springs i got a package of 6?...there is only 4 springs in the bikeand i know that ebc doesnt give out extras....with the new springs in the clutch wouldnt disengage....so putting this all together im wondering whether i got the wrong springs in the first place?....and if i did what does that have to do with the clutch having to be fully adjusted?....the clutch is fully functional but it is adjusted all the way to the end....
i dont know if that all came out right but if anyone has any thoughts shoot away!

I've been following this thread to see the out come, because I am having someting similar with my clutch as well. I just had to replace my whole assembly.(clutch basket "all three pieces", springs, steels, and frictions), and I went with the EBC kevlar kit that came with springs, and my clutch also needs to be fully adjusted to its max before it feels as if its working properly?? Also I received 6 springs also??? not sure what the other two are for?? but I inspected the old ones with the new and they look identicle, the EBC are a little thicker but thats it?? I have ordered a new clutch cable, not sure if mine is stretched, but I will post up my results.
