on my 96 honda cbr 600 f3 right next to the fuel cut off switch there is a round *** it looks like it turns but i have no idea wut it is anybody kno?

 

looks like a long skinny black tube with a twist *** on it? thats your idle adjustment screw. most dirtbikes, atvs, atc and utvs cna be easily reched but due to design of streetbikes, they need to extend it away from the carbs.

if you have messed with it then you have probably thrown your idle off., dont back it completely off either becuase it will come out, its a pain to put back in.

If your talking about leftside , it's your idle adjustment ****, should see a cable running to your carbs.

 

if your bike runs good, dont turn it.
