Thanks, I did come across these on ebay here in the US. I noticed that in your video, prior to removing your clipon, there is about 8 mm of fork tube above the clip-on. Then after putting in the spacer/riser, there is about 11 mm of space above the clip-on. That space is where the insert goes. I'm curious about how closely the diameter of the spacer matches the actual fork tube diameter ?
The F3's have (based on specifications) 41 mm fork tubes. When actually measuring them, they are 40.51 mm in diameter. Since your ability to maneuver your bike is based on the clip-on's being firmly attached to the fork tubes, I was just curious how closely it fit. If they were slightly larger than the fork tubes themselves then they would prevent the clip-on's from being able to tightly grip the tubes. Again, this is more from a curiosity standpoint.

Honest opinion? Looks dodgy to me. For the reasons iDodirt pointed out. I don't mean to advertise but I still recommend looking up Woodcraft riser handlebar sets because they cost just a little more, you get a full set from a known manufacturer and if you don't like the rise you ordered you can just order different height riser bits and be done with it. I got them on both of my bikes and wouldn't trade away. In fact I'm looking to change the 1,5" risers to 2":s over the coming winter.
