gutter guard cosmetics

Default gutter guard cosmetics

Hey guys, i bought some gutter guard and am trying to figure out how to attach it to my faring. I saw a post eariler with pics of it done but how did you do it. I dont think i can glue it down, i didnt know if anyone used molding putty or silicone caulking???????? Help please.

When I do mine, I'm going to use some press snap buttons and epoxy them along the inside of the fairings as well as along the perimeter of the "gutter guard"


I may choose to silver solder the buttons to the gutter guard instead of epoxy though.

This way they can be easily removed, at the snap of a button

It's expanded aluminum mesh that goes over the gutters of a house to keep leaves and other debris from clogging the gutters. You put it on the back side of the vent openings of your bike. I used JB weld to glue mine on and they been on there since last summer!
