Default GP stealth pipe

Just picked up one the other day for $60 bucks from Radiant Cycles. I'm still going to hang onto my Yoshi but I like how loud this pipe is compared to the muffler.

Here's a quick video for those who want to hear what it sounds like:

i have a yoshi as well. when using this straight pipe, is there any compromise to the engine? (i.e. it needs back pressure?)

I believe they have a baffle in them and are not just an open pipe. Will probably need some tuning done from a yoshi though.
Also just wondering if you could post another video of it running outside of your garage. The sound bounces off the walls and changes it. If not that cool ill see if I cant find another video else where.

the hondas will run (ok-ish) without back pressure, just kinda iffy at idle and take off.
you will notice a significant improvement if you put the yoshi back on, even in simple terms like how much easier it will be to take off and smoothness.
those gp's arent baffle'd and or if they are ive never seen it/heard it in person that sounds any different from a straight pipe.

careful. police now dont like you.

What kind of jetting did you need in order to gain low-end response? I just threw an open pipe on stock headers and the bike is NOT happy down low. Sometimes cracking the throttle open too quickly at idle will shut it down actually.

100% backpressure-- make a baffle
