getting an f3
Picked up a full set of F4 fairings yesterday and have a few questions
Has anyone on here done this swap? if so can you post some pics?
am i correct in assuming that i will need a fairing stay from an F4, and will f3 gauges work with the f4 fairing/stay?
How difficult was it to get the tailpiece to work, and did you have to use an F4 seat?
or would it be better to just go with the f3 tail?
and i know this is going to be sort of a dumb question, but what is the best gas to use?

do a search.
id tell you right now you're gonna wanna swap to f4i gauges to fit the stay.
100 bucks or so for the gauges on ebay, and 100 for the stay
you will also have to make brackets for the new stay and to increase the height of it to fit the bike properly.
might want to also look into getting an f4 tank
will need to make brackets for those as well.
streetfighter88 should have some input on that.
stick with the stock tail for now until you get the front end settled.
your manual says 87 gasoline, and i would stick with it.
