Funny Head light relay?
Hey guys,
Just wondering do our machines have problems with the head light relays?
Because my head light it not working of the switch neither is the high beam.
But when i use the high beam on the passing trigger switch the high beam so i am thinking it might have something to do with the relay. Has anyone had a similar issue ever?
Thanks

Pull the front cowl off and double check all of you connections. My head light would randomly work for a while then it quit completely. Come to find out the connector that runs to the relay had vibrated loose. I hit it with some electrical contact cleaner and plugged it back up. No problems since then.

Yer... best place to start is finding a wiring diagram like dirt suggested and start going through the kill switch/headlight/signals wiring with a fine-toothed comb.
It's all interconnected, so there's probably an issue with some of the common wiring and that's why you're seeing some symptoms elsewhere.
