Fuel Tank
Hello, i just bought my first bike (95 F3) and loving it!!! I didnt get a manual with it so i was wondering if anyone how many gallons of gas the stock tank could hold? I looked through the forums to see if this topic had been brought up before but failed to see anything.Thanks Mert.

There might be a sticker with the info your looking for on it. It might be on the left side of your frame below the seat (that's where it's at on my 96F3). Or behind the left rear fairing. I can't remember if max fuel is on there though.

4.7 gallons according to Honda's manual (I think). It's in that ballpark, including reserve. Might be 4.5, but it's one of the two.
You won't get that much in there. Most I've put in is 3.65, and that was after turning it to reserve out of necessity (started sputtering).

The sticker on the bike says use 91. Ive been using 93 for the hell of it. Alot of the guys here swear by using only 87 or 89. Its just your preference. Its what, an extra 70 cents max to put 93 in it versus 87??
