just got the new fuel pump in last night
one of 2 things happen after i routed the hoses correctly
1. the fuel filter never seems to get filled all the way
2. remove fuel filter and it still won't start

now i've gotten it started and running for like 10 seconds with a spray bottle full of gas like a month ago... last thing, my petcock doesn't shut off so would that be restricting fuel flow even though it'll pour out of the outlet no problem...

what do y'all think is happening with my F3?
