Arrow Fuel in air recirculation system

i started my bike after cleanin the carbs and bike was hard to start then started.... after that fuel was pouring out of the air system vent tube how the hell does that happen im not dumb when it comes to this stuff im very handy with my bike and machines but this is got me stumped

same thing here sometimes....i think its from a flooded engine.

OK MY LIL PROBLEM WAS FIXED IT WAS THE VACUM DIAPHRAM HAD A HOLE IN IT. IT WAS A TRIP HOW MUCH FUEL WAS SUCKED THREW MY AIR BOX BUT FIXED NOW....

wheres the vaccuum diaphram because the same thing happened to my i would like to check that out...
