Question Front sprocket wobble?!

So I ordered a new JT 15t front sprocket and after cleaning all the crap away, I installed it. Once I tightened it down, I found it had about 1/16" wobble. Is that normal? I have 2 washers on there now and the stock bolt for it.. It's just the sprocket that wobbles, not the shaft.

Thanks
Matt

Get some more or thicker washers bud or buy a renthal sprocket.
Running a risk of throwing the chain.
Long term it will wreck the output shaft and maybe the gearbox.

Well the washers are all the way up against the shaft.. I'm almost thinking that its supposed to have a slight bit of play is it not? The OEM one did, but of course it has been through alot.. Isn't JT a good brand though?

Talking

Finally figured out the solution! According to JT's website, the sprocket was supposed to be machined to 17mm wide, but it was actually machined a little too much so it would wobble slightly. I got to looking at the OEM one and measured it. It was just a tad over 17mm. I started cleaning it off and noticed that there is a rubber ring on both sides. So long story short, I cut the ring off and slipped it on both sides of my new JT and it fits perfectly! Pretty much no movement at all! Problem solved!

Here's the ring. I cut off the little stubs later..
