Default front forks

I have a 95 f3 that im turning into a track bike. My forks are very mushy and bottom very easiy. Wld i be better off doin a fork swap or should i just go with gold valve fork imulators.

definitely get the correct springs for your weight, and the racetech gold internals would just make it that much better!

Not new here just had to make a new account. cgmiller83

The forks on my race 96 F3 has had everything done to them.

Sonic Springs
Race Tech
G2-R Compression Kit
Hi-Frequency Response Rebound Gold Valves.

When I first got the bike, I did a track day with bone stock suspension to see how it would do. Even with preload maxed out, bottoming was just a hard brake away. The front would skip because of it. Now with the heavier springs and the valves I can't find the bottom.

The Hi-Frequency Response Rebound Gold Valves really come into play on a bumpy track. I've had people hit bumps in front of me and get pushed wide. The reason is the suspension is slow to return. I hit the same bump and just keep on going.
