does any one have first hand experience with the interchangeability of the front fairing stay and headlight from F2-F3. I have the parts off of an F2 putting on to an F3, but I do not have the fairings yet. the fairing stay looks a little different but it bolts up. the one off the F3 was tweaked in a crash and i have a spare from an F2 that i want to mount. also, the headlight im not positive but it looks like it could be a little bit different. just wondering if anyone has tried to swap these parts before and knows whether they will change over or not. the F3 is a 95 by the way.

 

headlight is not the same and will not fit.
i would imagine then, that the fairing stays are different as well, an f3 plastics will not fit cleanly on an f2 stay without modification.

 

thanks spicey, i was kinda leaning toward that, but i have no comparison parts to bounce it off of. i guess ill just order the headlight and wait for the fairings to show on the fairing stay....
