Forks Question, Seal Replace/Suspension Adjust
So, I'm a bike noob as most of you know. I know how to adjust the suspension on the rear, in the 2 places but can you adjust the front suspension? I circled 2 little things that look like the rear adjusters, is it the same?
Also, I was told to replace my front right fork seal... how does one do this?

The slot is to adjust the rebound setting. Also you have the preload adjustment there to. You adjust that with a wrench, not the part that looks like a nut. You see the 2 flat spots that is the preload. Also the pic is not the best at that angle. It looks like you have the preload max out. How much do you weight?

I'm planning on taking my forks apart this weekend. Time for a refresh after about 6 track days. So if you need any help. I'll have mine apart, if you needs pics on how to do something. I may do a write up that shows how to do the rebuild. Plus I'm thinking about changing the valving rate on the Racetech G2-R (compression) valve. The G2-R valve vs the shock is well worth it. Night and day doesn't give it justice.
This is my 7-8 time refreshing forks so it doesn't take me that long. Before you ask, no not all the same bike.
04 SV650S (2 times)
99 CBR1100XX (1 time)
96 F3 (4 times) not count this weekend
Haven't done an inverted fork yet.
